I have hit the dymo at least 3 different times already this year, I am very impressed with the results this club gave me, good ball flight, great distance, and accuracy. This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. First of all I feel it sound like a tin can I wish it would sound more solid for the price I pay for…my distance is way short from my ex Big Bertha 10 degree…. I would definitley get the r9 instead of the dymo. Wow great article I totally agree with you guys on this I just hate the feel at impact of the dymo compared to the r9. The Dymo 2 is a very good golf club.
But a well written review. I swear, Never have I heard so dismal a sound. But we are not, and will not. That way I could more easily get the feel for each and be able to compare.
While it looks like you gained distance with the Nike, it is hard to go against looks and feel. I can hit it farther with a shaft that weighs more because i can swing it the same speed mph.
Also, I refuse to hit any golf club with a square head!!! In regards to accuracy and control the Taylormade r9 performed better for us. Teag 9 years ago. Hell Yes, it did. That red and white shaft stands out like as sore thumb. Garry 9 years ago.

Not bad equipment, but just not my cup of tea. Dyno me of new posts by email. I mean… what a ridiculous concept! Thanks guys for comparing the two.
ULTIMATE REVIEW – Nike DYMO vs. Taylormade R9
Mike 9 years ago. I’ve had this driver in my bag for about 6 weeks now and really love it. As I have stated above I am more of a golf traditionalist and have scoffed many, many times at the mere mention of a square driver.
First off, trajectory was higher than what I expect from an 8. For me, a steady relatively straight yards on most drives is what I was after and got. Watch out, straightness does come at a price.

I have hit the dymo at least 3 different times already this year, I am very impressed with the results this club gave me, good ball flight, great distance, and accuracy. Just my 2 cents worth.
Out the fairway and in the fairway. This is one of the straightest drivers I have ever hit. Main thing is,playing 30 yrs. I went to the local pro shop, picked up the Dymo, and put it back on the rack without trying. I love it, but for me it takes a little while to get used qs a new club.
The Dymo top has a bit of a higher arch than the flatter, more elongated Dymo 2 bottom.
